SERVICE

By accessing and using the services of our precision machinery manufacturing company, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our manufacturing services, including but not limited to oil drilling equipment components, automotive parts, and OEM/ODM services provided by our IATF16949 and ISO9001 certified facility.

Our company provides precision machinery manufacturing services including:

• Oil & gas drilling equipment components (wellhead connectors, perforating mechanical parts)
• New energy vehicle and motorcycle components
• Custom OEM and ODM manufacturing solutions
• Precision machining from raw material processing to finished products

All services are provided in accordance with IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality management standards using our 30,000㎡ facility equipped with 200+ high-precision machines.

We guarantee that all manufactured products will:

• Meet specified technical requirements and drawings
• Comply with IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality standards
• Be manufactured using certified materials and processes
• Include full traceability documentation

Any defects in materials or workmanship will be addressed according to our quality assurance procedures and applicable warranty terms agreed upon in individual contracts.

Our company holds 18 utility patents for precision manufacturing processes and technologies. Customer-provided designs, specifications, and technical data remain the property of the customer.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all customer proprietary information and will not disclose or use such information for purposes other than fulfilling the agreed manufacturing services.

Any improvements or innovations developed during the manufacturing process will be subject to separate intellectual property agreements as specified in individual contracts.

Payment terms are established in individual manufacturing contracts and typically include:

• Advance payment for tooling and setup costs
• Progress payments based on production milestones
• Final payment upon delivery and acceptance
• Currency and payment method specifications

Late payments may result in production delays and additional charges as specified in individual agreements.

Delivery schedules are established based on production capacity and agreed upon in individual contracts. Our high-volume production capabilities enable fast supply speeds for urgent requirements.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery according to agreed Incoterms. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for products under our control during manufacturing and storage.

Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions, may affect delivery schedules without liability.

Our liability for any claims related to manufactured products is limited to the contract value of the specific products in question. We shall not be liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from improper use or installation
• Claims exceeding the applicable insurance coverage

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper application and use of manufactured components in their specific operating environments.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from manufacturing services will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation by mutually agreed mediators
• Arbitration under applicable international commercial arbitration rules

The jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings shall be as specified in individual manufacturing contracts.
